What is Organic Coconut Nectar Syrup ?

It is (Nira in Indonesian) a sap extracted from a coconut tree for hours using traditional technique from local Indonesian farmers. It can be consumed on its own, used as sweetener or processed into alcohol.

Which region does organic coconut nectar come from?

It comes from the most populous island in Indonesia called Java. It is composed by mountains, highlands, tropical rainforest, mangrove and more isolated regions; all suitable for various types of agriculture.

One of them is coconut tree. This region has a tropical climate and a characteristic soil that has black color.
