What is it?

The cashew nut can be eaten on its own, used in recipes or processed into butter. In Indonesia cashew nuts are mostly eaten during festive times with a cup of local coffee or tea.

Which region does it come from?

It comes from the 10th biggest island of Indonesia called Flores in which the Komodo dragon can be found in the wild and has become UNESCO world Heritage Site.
