What is Organic Coconut Sugar?

Coconut sugar is a brown natural sugar obtained from evaporated sap of the coconut tree’s flower blossoms. It can be found in different form such as crystal, granular and powder form. It is a healthier option comparing to regular white table sugar.

It was harvested and processed with Javanese traditional know-how for more than 20 hours. The long process is necessary to deliver highest quality of sugar on your plate.

Which region does organic coconut sugar come from?

It comes from the most populous island in Indonesia called Java. It is composed by mountains, highlands, tropical rainforest, mangrove and more isolated regions; all suitable for various types of agriculture. One of them is Coconut tree. This region has a tropical climate and a characteristic soil that has black color.
